Sabiha Shah

Sabiha Shah a law graduate, born and raised in Lyari began her career from Cuthci Memon Students Federation Lyari Branch. She joined Lyari Community Development Project (LCDP) to initiate efforts for change to the neglected women of Lyari.
She got Ashoka Foundation’s (USA) fellowship in 2004. She had been the Chairperson of Benazir Bhutto Women Centre Karachi (A project of WDD Government of Sindh) in 2010. She formed that Women Development Foundation Pakistan.
She has been selected for the board of various organizations. She has organized different Conferences, Seminars/workshops and advocacy campaigns in the field of education, health, legal and human rights and micro entrepreneurship and peace and conflict for women and youth of Karachi City and specially for Lyari, Baldia, Keemari Town.
She has received awards, certificates and recognitions from various organizations against her achievements and efforts.
